Installation Video
I put together some videos describing how to install this 88cc big bore kit into a 2003 CRF50. These little motors are pretty easy to work on, so don’t be afraid to tackle this project on your own.
Even if you are not installing a big bore kit, this video will show you how to:
- Disassemble and reassemble entire top end
- Perform valve adjustment
- Which gasket kit I used
- Installing new piston
- Removing and installing circlips
- Camshaft timing
- Proper head torquing sequence
